Conservation grading and Project ManagmentWe love to save soil! Much of our background and passion is in farming. We understand that our environment is the medium with which it all happens. Our experience in agriculture has provided us with literally generations of experience and appreciation for what God has given us. We can visualize means to prevent wind and water erosion control that provides our clients with cost effective means to accomplish conservation which will last generations.

Residential and commercial land developmentWe make great sub-contractors to work with! Progress, whether in town or out in the country moves our culture forward. We love progress! We're involved through-out projects from start to finish. Clearing trees and brush, rough grading, structure grade preparation, finish work, and seeding; we've done it. We cater to to individuals who have a vision and a need for quality. We work to engineer specifications and provide honest communication through-out the process.

Finish work and project recoveryNo job is done until it looks good. Finish work enhances the site and provides the polish which will be appreciated for years to come. We love it when cutting that last tenth of an inch make the water flow the right direction or the grade profile shine. But, sometimes projects stall out for a variety of reasons. We can help get things moving again where others left off and make the dream a reality.

Demolition and salvage

Moeckly Contractor provides full service demolition and salvage services for many types of projects. Some of our specialty areas are in farm and rural site cleanup, light commercial structural, and residential properties. We are compliance oriented and take care of all demo related issues such as well, septic, and utility abandonment. We handle asbestos compliance as too! Recycling and reusing is one of our top priorities when possible. After demo is complete we can regrade and seed the site.
